Looking back at Term 1 2017

Term 1 - 2017

This has been an incredible term. The children in 3/4E have settled in really well and have so much to be proud of. They have had a very busy term and have done a great job. I am so proud of the progress made by every child in the class and have really enjoyed getting to know everyone. I am super excited for what this year holds for the children in my class.

Events

We have had some exciting events including a ""Footy Clinic" and "The Mr Stink" excursion. Our class enjoyed reading "Charlie and The Chocolate Factory" and are all looking forward to watching the movie.

Highlights

Some highlights were the Family Tree projects and Campfire stories. The children really enjoyed looking at each other's projects and learning all about other people's families. This was a great opportunity for them to discover some similarities amongst class mates.

The presentation of our campfire stories was so much fun. I think we all learnt a lot about each other and enjoyed the time to share happy, sad, interesting, funny and serious memories that meant something important to the children in 3/4E. It was lovely to see the children listening intently to each other and appreciating the information that was shared.

I hope that everyone has a fantastic holiday filled with lots of fun and excitement! I am looking forward to hearing all about it next term.

Have Fun!
